Born in Mogadore, he was a life resident of the area. He was the son of Richard and Glenna K'Meyer.
Mr. K'Meyer was a pharmacist. He retired from Bumpus Drug in Tallmadge in 1993 and also had worked at Peoples Drug.
He was a member of Springfield Church of the Brethren and the Summit County and Ohio State Pharmaceutical Associations. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; sons Randy (Connie) of Medina, Tom (Darlene) of Ravenna, and Steve (Astrid) of Seattle; daughter, Julie of Mogadore; eight grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Ellen Shull of Mogadore, and Harriet Johnson of Florida.
Calling hours will be held from 1 p.m. until services at 3 p.m. Friday at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home in Mogadore. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Mogadore.
