Betty Jones

Born June 13, 1926 in Ravenna, she was the daughter of Howard and Viola (Owens) Fritz. She was a life resident of Kent.

Mrs. Jones was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Michael (Sue) Jones of Mansfield; daughters, Sharon (Thomas) Hunter of Kent, and Judy (Donald) Savage of Athens, Ohio; brother, Richard Fritz; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Marvin Sr; son, Marvin Jr.; and sister, Jeannine Richter, died previously.

Services will be held today at Jager Funeral Home in Athens, Ohio. Burial will be in Alexander Cemetery.
