Harry Frankland, 81; Was Rootstown teacher, coach

Memorial services for former Rootstown resident Harry Leroy Frankland, 81, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the United Presbyterian Church, 109 Rebecca St., East Palestine, Ohio. Mr. Frankland died Thursday, May 8, 2003, in Lakeland, Fla., He was a teacher, coach and athletic director at Rootstown High School. Survivors include his wife, Donis; son, Larry (Karen) and two grandchildren.
