David Jess Toothman

David Jess Toothman, 31 years of age, passed away Thursday February 21, 2013 at his home. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 16, 1981, he was the son of Robert J. and Thereasa (Karasek) Toothman.

David was a resident of Streetsboro since 1999, and had been employed in the manufacturing industry. He was a member of Hope Community Church in Hudson. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he also enjoyed shooting pool. David loved his wife, children and kids of all ages, and will be remembered as a hard worker by all who knew him, as well as a man who could never say no to both family and friends who asked for his help at any given time.

On December 23, 2004, he married Christina (Sampson) Toothman who survives at their home, as does his children Sean Sampson, Tabatha Toothman and Anastasia Sampson. Also surviving are his parents Robert Toothman of West Virginia and Thereasa Karasek of Streetsboro, and grandparents Margie Mickle and James and Kathy Karasek all of Streetsboro and Robert and Patty Toothman of West Virginia. He was preceded in death in 2011 by his brother Robert James Toothman.

Calling hours will be Monday February 25, 2013 at Hope Community Church, 3033 Middleton Rd., Hudson, Ohio 44236 from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M., where his funeral service will begin at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Jeff Schofield officiating. A private family burial will take place.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to a fund at Fifth Third Bank in Streetsboro in the name of Christina Toothman for the education of his children. His obituary may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.

Hey Dave its Tiff Im on Grammys account. but I wanted to tell you I am sorry for the fights we had, if I only knew you would be leaving us so soon I would have told you everything I needed to tell you! You were my partner in crime! The memories we have made I will forever cherish! We both know there are alot of crazy ones! God broke the mold when he made you, and He broke our hearts when he took you home! This isnt Goodbye this is see ya on the other side! I love you bud!

David Thanks for everything you have done for me! I know you are in heaven, please tell Jimmy and Robbie I send my love! I will see you again someday! We lost a great man and heaven gained a remarkable angel!
