Caroyl L. Fowler

Caroyl L. Fowler, 59 of Windham entered into eternal rest on Sat., March 2, 2013 at Akron City Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was born on Jan. 18, 1954, in Ravenna, the daughter of Lee Ralph and Joyce Carter Liston.

She was a lifetime area resident and a 1972 graduate of Ravenna High School. Caroyl was employed as a bus driver for Windham School District for 28 ½ years. In her spare time she enjoyed crafts, interior decorating, carpentry work, antiques but above all else she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.

On Nov. 15, 1985 in Ravenna Caroyl and Gary D. Fowler where united into marriage.

Memories of Caroyl will be cherished and carried on by her mother, Joyce Liston of Ravenna, husband, Gary D. Fowler of Windham, son, Jason (Keri) Speicher of Newton Falls, daughter, Mandy (Stephen) Morgan of Elgin, SC, step-sons, Gary David (Allison) Fowler of Garrettsville, Jason E. (Regina) Fowler of Warren, sisters, Sandra (Bruce) Longenecker of Sagamore Hills, Nancy Myers of Ravenna, grandchildren, Kayse and Kalena Speicher, Mackenzie, Baylee, Jackson and Christopher Morgan, Samantha, Cortnie, Ashley and Dylan Fowler and great grandchild, Blaine Morgan.

Preceding her in death was her father and daughter, Jennifer Speicher.

Friends may call on Wed. March 6 at the Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls from 6-8 PM where services will be on Thurs. March 7 at 11 AM. Caroyl will be laid to rest in Windham Twp. Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family would like contributions to take the form of donations to the Caroyl Fowler Memorial Fund to benefit her grandchildren's education. Donations can be made at any Huntington Bank location.
