Sharon J. Cottrill 69 of Charlestown died Monday, September 9, 2013. She was born August 16, 1944 in Pennsboro, WV to Tom and Geneva (Carmichael) Ingram.
Sharon was a member of the Charlestown United Methodist Church, worked as a switchboard operator for the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado, a molder of EPG and as a clerk at the convenience store in Newton Falls. She was a strong and caring woman, who put everyone else first and would do whatever she could to help someone in need. She sacrificed her time and health to care for her loving husband Denton when he was ill. Survivors include her husband of 26 years Denton Cottrill, children Kayla Cottrill, Brandon Moore, Lisa Dawn Moore, Brian and Floyd Parker, brother Ron Ingram and 3 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Sharon's Life is being handled by the Charlestown United Methodist Church and will take place on Sunday October 6, 2013 from 3 PM until time of service at 5 PM at the church, 6408 Rock Spring Road, Ravenna, OH 44266. Pastor Greg Hogan will officiate.
