"Together Again"

Frederick K. Nicely, 79 of Cambridge Springs, PA, formerly of Ravenna passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Crawford County Care Center. He was born November 20, 1933 in Sagamore, PA to the late Charles Ross and Janet (Eby) Nicely. Fred served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked for Ford Motor Co., 31 years, where he retired in 1990. He was a former member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, and a member of the Odd Fellows.

Survivors include his daughter, Debra (Jeff) Greenwood of Ravenna, sons, Kenneth "Freddie" Nicely of Mantua, David (Rebecca) Nicely of Cambridge Springs, PA, John (Nadine) Nicely of Walbridge , Ohio, sisters Betty Baldwin of Ligonier, PA, Georgianna Overly of Columbus, OH, brothers, Richard (Janice) Nicely of Stahlstown, PA, Gerald (Nancy) Nicely of Ligonier, PA, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents , his loving wife, Pauline L. (Chappell) Nicely, dear son Mark Nicely, brothers, Robert, Donald, and Merle. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel, where family and friends may call from 11:00 AM till time of the service. Rev. Don Booth will be officiating. Burial will follow the service in Grandview Memorial Park, Ravenna, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to UCP of Greater Cleveland, Attn: Development Department, Iris S. & Bert L. Wolstein Center, 10011 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
