I was deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs. Kehner. She wanted me to call her Marie but it just didn't feel right. I have lived next to this wonderful woman close to 26 years and you could not have met a better woman in this world. She was kind, intelllengent and amazing. She learned to drive a car, babysat children and still would hang her laundry outside when it would have been easier to put them in a dryer. I started cleaning snow from her driveway. Then one day she came over with one of her homebaked pies. If you never got to eat one of her pies you sure missed out. She made the best pies and cookies. I loved this kind lady and will miss her dearly. The one thing that helps when loved ones pass is that you will get to see them on the other side.
