Albert H. Fronek, Jr., 81 of Streetsboro, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was born December 31, 1932 in Streetsboro to the late Albert A. and Hattie (Piper) Fronek. He has lived in Streetsboro all his life where he worked construction and was a Volunteer Fireman for the City of Streetsboro.
Survivors include his daughter, LaVern (Chris) Bennett of Streetsboro, Dorothy (James) Tackett of Kent, son, Harold Fronek of Streetsboro, sisters, Caroline (Harry Dean) Haney, Bobbie (Alvin) Sweet, brothers, Fred (Donna), Jim (Ellen), 8 grandchildren, and 13 Great Grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Fronek who died January 1, 2005, and his daughter, Norma Jean Fronek who died January 7, 2014. Family and Friends are welcome to join the family for a Memorial Service which will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Streetsboro American Legion with Rev. William Snyder officiating. A graveside service will be held at later date in Evergreen Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Streetsboro Fire Dept.
