Margie Kovacich, age 89 of Randolph, passed away peacefully at the home of her son in Deland, Florida on March 24, 2014.
She was born in Guernsey County, Ohio to William and Anna Wigington. Margie was a hairdresser and was the owner/operator of Randolph Hair Styling in the 1970's, and Vanity Hair Fashions in Ellet until she retired. The happiest years of her life were spent with Tom, her husband of 50 years. She and Tommy enjoyed spending time with his family and their many friends.
She was a life member of the Mogadore VFW and Ladies Auxiliary. Life was never the same for Margie after the death of Tommy on March 10, 2010. She missed him dearly. Margie will always be remembered as a spit-fire redhead, always wanting to have a fun time.
She is survived by her son, Glenn (Carol) Snowberger; grandchildren, Renae, Jim, Dallas, Glenn Jr. and Margaret; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Shelby, Glenn III, Michael, Jacob, Hope and Steven; great-great-grandchildren, Joseph, Able and Emmalynn; brother-in-law, Fred (Jane) Kovacic; sisters-in-law, Dorothy (Leo) Orbst of Cuyahoga Falls, Martha (Homer) Hazelett of Stow and Marie Kenaga of Oakland, Calif.; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), MOGADORE, Ohio 44260, where a Time of Sharing by family and friends will take place at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2643 Waterloo Road, Mogadore, OH 44260.
