Thankful to celebrate the meaning of Christmas

Published:

I am thankful that I live in a free country. I am thankful that I can boast of an ancestor who fought in the American Revolution to secure our freedom.

And I am thankful that I am free to express my frustration with the over-commercialization of Christmas. Are you tired of all the Black Friday business, the "Happy Holidays" over and over, etc.?

I am truly thankful that in my beloved America we who are Christians can still sing out, "Go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born."

  • I am tired of it too. I don't do any shopping for Christmas. I never did see any Wise Men out there. Wonder why?
