Incumbents stifle promising newcomers

Some of the newly elected state and national political leaders show great promise in solving some issues such as out-of-control insurance rates and policies and outrageous interest rates by loan companies when they begin their tenure, however, they are quickly eliminated when the long-term incumbents enforce their "go along to get along" policies.
