The Eastern Ohio Home Show, "The Showcase of Factory Built Homes," will be presented by the Ohio Manufactured Homes Association May 16 to 18 at MAPS Air Field and Museum, 2260 International Parkway in North Canton, next to the Akron Canton Airport.
The show will feature 20 fully furnished and landscaped homes representing 14 factory built home builders. The show also offers 45 indoor exhibitors including lenders, manufactured homes communities, retailers, home related service/suppliers and local businesses.
There is no charge for the public to attend, and free parking is available. The MAPS Air Field Museum has waived the $8 admission fee during show days and will have military veterans on hand as guides for the numerous aircraft and museum exhibits.
Giveaways are scheduled, offering race track tickets, restaurant certificates, concert tickets, and a free hotel stay, among other prizes.
The public will have the opportunity to purchase/order homes during the show and pre-qualify for loans (consistent with state/federal lending regulations).
A special preview will be open to those in the manufactured/modular industry, local and state officials and community leaders, and local media, followed by the three-day public show.
