The Mental Health and Recovery Board of Portage County is asking voters to approve Issue 29, a replacement for a levy unchanged since 1972. Issue 29 on the Nov. 8 ballot is a 0.3-mill replacement levy that will raise $1,019,552 per year during its 10-year life.
