Orrville's Hannah Plybon named Div. III Player of the Year

Orrville senior guard Hannah Plyborn was named the Division III girls basketball player of the year, according to The Daily Record.

Plybon is Wayne County's all-time leading scorer with 2,079 points and led the team to its first state tournament appearance since 1993, The Daily Record reported.

Marlington's Lucas Strouble named NBC Player of the Year

Marlington High School senior Lucas Strouble was named the Northeast Buckeye Conference Player of the Year, the Alliance Review reported.

Strouble averaged 21.2 points per game for the Marlington Dukes and was named to the All NBC first team, according to the Alliance Review.
