The Portage Trail Conference announced on Monday that it will welcome Cloverleaf High School as an athletic participant at the start of the 2015-16 season.
The league listened to presentations from four different schools at a meeting last week, with Cloverleaf being one of those schools.
Cloverleaf's Board of Education then voted 5-0 to approve a move into the PTC.
Cloverleaf is currently a member of the Suburban League and was in line to be a part of the expanded version of the Suburban League as a part of the small division that Kent Roosevelt will be joining.
The PTC also announced that is has offered an invitation to a second, but unidentified school to join the league. The name of the school will not be released until its Board of Education has an opportunity to vote on the subject.
