Kent State football coach Paul Haynes was back at practice Saturday morning after missing team activities for nearly a week due to pneumonia.

Haynes went to Robinson Memorial Hospital following the team's practice on April 5 and was diagnosed with pneumonia. He spent last week recovering at home while his assistant coaches, headed by veteran offensive coordinator Brian Rock, conducted practices on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Golden Flashes' annual spring game is set for Saturday, April 26, at Dix Stadium beginning at 1 p.m.
