HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Jordan Smith's RBI triple in the top of the ninth inning scored Alex Lavisky with the game-winning run to give the Akron RubberDucks a 2-1 win over the Harrisburg Senators on Friday night.

Harrisburg took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second, but Akron answered quickly by tying the game in the top of the next inning on Francisco Lindor's sacrifice fly that plated Justin Toole.

The score remained 1-1 until the top of the ninth, when Lavisky drew a walk to lead off the inning. After Jake Lowery flied out to centerfield for the first out of the inning, Smith stepped to the plate and ripped a triple to center to bring home Lavisky with the game-winner.

Akron reliever Enosil Tejeda then worked a 1-2-3 ninth to preserve the win and pick up his third save of the season.
