If you're looking for the best live entertainment, look no further than downtown Kent. Here's what is on the agenda for this weekend:

Hot Sauce Committee

Bar 145 is throwing a party all weekend long. Thursday and Friday, cover band the Hot Sauce Committee will kick off the show with '90s hip-hop, guitar and club beats with a head-on high-energy hot sauce experience. Everyone is welcome to join the committee this weekend with dance-offs, shots and singing along to your favorite Top 40 hits.

Toledo-based cover band Noisy Neighbors will perform on Saturday. You can sum up the Noisy Neighbors experience in just one word…fun. Whether you're dancing to the bands version of the latest dance hit or reminiscing past memories with an old cover song, you will have a rockin' time.

Bar 145 will also have beer and shot specials this weekend, and happy hour is every day from 1:45 to 6 p.m. Music starts at 10 p.m. Come early to claim your spot on the dance floor.

Parmalee consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Matt Thomas and his brother Scott Thomas on drums, along with their cousin Barry Knox playing bass and childhood best friend Josh McSwain on guitar.

This family affair is a perfect outing to bring your mom or your best friend. The band will make you feel right at home and have you line dancing all night.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10. Ages 18 and over are welcome.
